Chocolate Mousse - Little Figgy
I know it's not fair, but I had to post this recipe for Chocolate Mousse. So please forgive me. I hope that we can still be friends. Okay, so this is one of those times in life where Chocolate leaves me speechless. I'm sure you might think, right - whatever.

The Life & Loves of Grumpy's Honeybunch: Salted Vanilla Chip Oatmeal Cookies
When I found out I had Love and Flour for my Secret Recipe Club project this last month, I knew exactly what I was going to do! You see, last Christmas, I participated in the food blogger cookie exchange and LeAndra, who is the author of Love and Flour, made and sent cookies to me.

Pink Parsley: Cinnamon Roll Cupcakes
These cinnamon roll cupcakes are just too cute! I took them to an early morning tailgate, and it was a great way to enjoy cinnamon rolls without the mess. In the interest of full disclosure, I wasn't entirely happy with how they turned out, but it was all my own error.

Crumb Coated S'mores Cookies - Amanda's Cookin'
Rich and chocolatey, filled with gooey marshmallow and rolled in graham cracker crumbs, these cookies are irresistible! It didn't take long for the plate to clear when I set these out. They are nice and chewy and have plenty of sweet filling.

TENDER CRUMB
Wow, I'm usually into a higher cookie to chocolate chip ratio, but those look fabulous! I know you said to follow the recipe without subbing in all purpose flour, but have you tried the substitution and tasted a difference? My current favourite CCC recipe is cook's illustrated thick and chewy.

Green Cilantro: Zebra cheesecake
People often ask me whether I've taken my love for cooking from my mother. I wouldn't say so really. Often I think my mum could be a great cook but chooses not to. It's too bad she doesn't really like to spend all that time in the kitchen (or perhaps it's a good thing - otherwise I'd have been pretty big).

Frozen Banana Popsicles | Skinnytaste
Frozen bananas on a stick dipped in chocolate - an easy, fun summer treat for the kids and grown-ups too! These are so easy to make and use only 4 ingredients. Sprinkle them with red, white and blue jimmies for the Fourth of July, or use colored sprinkles, crushed walnuts, peanuts, or whatever you like!

Cherry Lime Ice Pops | Skinnytaste
Sweet summer cherries with a touch of lime make these sweet popsicles a perfect treat on a hot summer day. I love the deep red color you get from using real cherries and the flavor is not that artificial cherry taste you get from those imitation flavored pops, it's richer with a more intense cherry taste.
